What this page establishes

There are two legal entities. One builds software. One will hold a license. Neither does the other’s job, and the ownership between them runs in one direction only.

Is there a pharmacy entity?

Yes. Kanurra Pharmacy LLC, an Idaho limited liability company organized on September 17, 2026, wholly owned by Kanurra, Inc.

Who owns the pharmacy management software?

Kanurra, Inc. It builds the software, it owns it, and it is the contracting party for it.

Does that name match this domain?

Yes. Kanurra, Inc. is the Delaware corporation that operates kanurra.com, and it is the sole owner of Kanurra Pharmacy LLC.

The two entities

Kanurra, Inc. is the company described everywhere else on kanurra.com. Kanurra Pharmacy LLC is a separate legal person that Kanurra, Inc. wholly owns.

Kanurra, Inc. today owns one hundred percent of Kanurra Pharmacy LLC, and no other party holds an interest in the pharmacy entity. They are two legal persons because licensure and software are two different kinds of obligation. Both file numbers are public: Kanurra, Inc. on the Delaware Division of Corporations entity search, and Kanurra Pharmacy LLC on the Idaho Secretary of State business search.

Which entity signs

The pharmacy management software is built and owned by Kanurra, Inc. That is also the entity that signs for it, including for agreements covering network connectivity. Kanurra Pharmacy LLC does not develop software, does not license software, and is not a party to software agreements.

kanurra.com is operated by Kanurra, Inc. The site terms say so in their first paragraph, and the copyright line at the foot of every page says so. A contract that names Kanurra, Inc. and an email that arrives from kanurra.com are the same party, with no trading name and no assumed name between them.

What the pharmacy does, and what it does not

Kanurra Pharmacy LLC is formed to receive prescriptions electronically and to transfer them electronically. What moves is the record. The drug does not.

Receiving and transferring prescriptions electronically is a pharmacy function, which is why it belongs in a licensed pharmacy entity rather than inside the technology company, and why the license, the NPI and the NCPDP Provider ID will sit with Kanurra Pharmacy LLC and not with Kanurra, Inc.

Non-dispensing is a statement about drugs, not about prescriptions. Electronic transfer here is not a routing mechanism, and nothing about this entity changes which pharmacy a member uses. A licensed entity is not automatically a dispensing one, and this one is not.

• It does not stock, fill, handle or ship drugs.
• It does not build, license or sell software. Kanurra, Inc. does that.
• It is not a retail pharmacy, a mail order pharmacy or a specialty pharmacy.
• It has no counter a patient can walk up to.
• It is not the contracting party for the pharmacy management software. Kanurra, Inc. is.

The entity has been formed. The pharmacy license, the NPI and the NCPDP Provider ID have not been issued, and none of them appears here until it is. The pharmacy is not operating. Controlled substances are out of scope in phase one.
